Israel Pavón has a diverse work experience in the field of design and marketing. Israel started their career in 2007 as a Graphic Designer at Grupo Digital Mexicano where they worked until 2010. Israel then joined Motorola Mobility as a Graphic Designer for a year. In 2013, they co-founded Mi Bonsai, where they served as the Co-Founder, handling marketing and advertising responsibilities until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Israel worked as an Art Director at The Coolest Mx. In 2019, they joined DMA :: Digital Marketing Agency as an Account Manager, focusing on business development. Currently, they are working at Clinch: Omni-Channel Personalization as a Motion Designer and Creative Account Manager.
Israel Pavón completed a Master's degree in Publicity from Istituto Europeo di Design in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Diseño Gráfico from Universidad La Salle, A.C. between 2003 and 2007.
