Heather Mosesso

Heather Mosesso, AICP, CZO is an accomplished urban planner currently working at Cline Design Associates since November 2022. With previous experience as a planner for the Town of Knightdale and a land development planner for the City of Wilson, Heather has a solid background in urban planning and development. Additionally, Heather has gained valuable experience through internships at East Carolina University and the Village of Simpson. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from East Carolina University and is pursuing a Master’s in Planning and Development at the same institution, with an expected completion in May 2024. Education was initiated at Park View High School, where studies were completed in June 2016.
