Jessica Vicente

Jessica Vicente is a seasoned Técnico de selección de personal with experience at Clínica Baviera since February 2024 and previously at Adecco from August 2019 to May 2023. At Adecco, responsibilities included managing selection processes for various profiles, performing job analyses, publishing job offers, conducting curricular screening, facilitating interviews and group dynamics, generating reports, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. Additional tasks involved onboarding and monitoring employees, conducting satisfaction surveys, handling invoicing, payroll, and temporary disability management, as well as liaising with the legal department. Jessica Vicente also gained experience as a Becario at IMF Business School from January 2019 to May 2019 and holds a degree in Pedagogía from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, completed in 2019.
