Chris Lam

Chris Lam has extensive work experience in the medical field. They worked at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals for over 30 years in various roles, including Medical Technologist Supervisor, Group Lead Medical Technologist, Lead Medical Technologist / Education Coordinator, and Medical Technologist. In these roles, Chris was responsible for supervising staff, administering payroll systems, organizing and coordinating services, managing budgets, designing competency assessments, initiating facility and IT requests, analyzing and interpreting testing data, teaching students, and preparing laboratory exams. They also have experience in quality control and ensuring the accuracy of laboratory testing results. Currently, Chris serves as a Senior Project Manager at the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI).

Chris Lam has a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Thomas Jefferson University.
