Jim Mortimer

Jim Mortimer has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a particular focus on oncology. Jim started their career at Centocor as a Clinical Research Associate from 1989 to 1992. Jim then worked at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer and Aventis Pharmaceuticals as a Medical Communications Manager from 1992 to 2000. From 1999 to 2003, they held the role of Communications Director at BCIRG. In 2003, they joined Pfizer, Inc. as an Associate Director, Oncology Coop Groups until 2005. Jim Mortimer then moved on to Clinical Care Options, where they started as a Product Director from 2005 to 2010, and later became the Senior Director, Oncology Programs and Partnership Development. Since 2019, they have held the position of Executive Director, Oncology Programs & Partnership Development at Clinical Care Options, where they work with colleagues to improve outcomes for individuals with cancer.

Jim Mortimer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Rochester, which they attended from 1979 to 1983. Later, from 1987 to 1988, they earned a Project Management Certificate from Penn State Great Valley.
