Prior to this role, Renee held various positions at Beckman Coulter from June 1990 to November 2011, including Reagent Manufacturing Manager, where responsibilities involved overseeing teams in the production of controls and calibrators for global distribution, and in other supervisory roles that emphasized efficient manufacturing processes in support of hematology and flow cytometry instruments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from Florida International University and an Associate of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from Miami Dade College.
