Head Of Sustainable Investments at Australian Retirement Trust

Nicole Bradford has extensive experience in the field of sustainable investments and responsible investment. Nicole most recently served as the Head of Sustainable Investments at the Australian Retirement Trust since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cbus Super Fund as the Global Head of Responsible Investment from 2015 to April 2022.

Nicole also held various roles at GE Capital, including as the Environmental and Social Risk Leader for Asia Pacific and the Environmental Risk Leader for Australia and New Zealand. Nicole was also the Environmental Risk & Sustainability Manager for Asia Pacific at GE Capital Real Estate.

Earlier in their career, Nicole worked as a Senior Consultant at Golder Associates and as a Project Manager at URS Corporation. Nicole also served as the Acting Assistant Director at the Department of the Environment and Heritage.

Nicole began their career as an Environmental Scientist at CSIRO.

Nicole Bradford has a diverse education history. Nicole earned a Graduate Australian Institute of Company Directors degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of New England in the years 2014 to 2019. Nicole also holds a Master of Environmental Law from the University of Sydney, which they earned from 1996 to 2001.
