Ericka A.

Ericka A.'s work experience begins with their role as a Peer Tutor at The Academic Success Center of Kent State University from September 2012 to May 2015. Ericka then worked as a Part-Time Spanish Instructor at Kent State University from August 2015 to May 2017.

Next, Ericka joined InterChez Logistics Systems, Inc. as a Project Manager and Translations Intern from May 2015 to July 2017.

Ericka then joined RWS where they held various roles. From July 2017 to June 2020, they worked as a Linguistic Validation Associate Project Manager, responsible for managing the linguistic validation process. From June 2018 to June 2020, they also served as the Linguistic Validation PM Department Trainer, training new project managers. Additionally, from July 2018 to June 2020, they worked as a Project Manager, overseeing the linguistic validation process for pharmaceutical clients.

From May 2019 to June 2020, Ericka served as the Linguistic Validation Client Team Lead, ensuring high-quality linguistic validation services.

Lastly, Ericka currently works at Clinical ink as a Project Manager since January 2021. Ericka will transition to the role of Program Manager in March 2023.

Ericka A. has a diverse education history. Ericka began their studies in 2011 at Kent State University. From 2011 to 2015, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Translation, specializing in International Business/Trade/Commerce. During their time at Kent State, Ericka also had a study abroad experience at Korea University in 2013. After completing their undergraduate degree, Ericka pursued a Master's Degree in Language Interpretation and Translation at Kent State University from 2015 to 2017. Ericka continued their educational journey at UC San Diego, where they are currently enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Rady School of Management. Ericka is expected to complete their MBA in 2023.
