Laura Walters

Laura Walters is an accomplished training and education professional with extensive experience in clinical trial training and educational program development. Currently serving as Training Manager at Clinical Ink since February 2020, Laura focuses on creating interactive training methods for eSource and eCOA platforms, as well as conducting comprehensive training for new and existing employees. Prior to this role, Laura worked as a Consultant at Education Resource Group, where strategic planning for growth and programming was emphasized, and as a Senior Trainer/Program Manager at Reading Is Fundamental, where educational content for a reading intervention program was designed and delivered nationwide. Additionally, Laura has teaching experience at both the Guilford County School System and Greensboro College, emphasizing literacy and early childhood education. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
