Frank Ballard joined CRL in 2008 and is the Executive Director of Supply Chain and Facilities Operations. Frank has over 30 years in logistics and supply chain operations with various companies including Garmin, Scholastic, and Wal-Mart. Prior to joining CRL, Frank was a Supply Chain and ERP consultant. Franks hold degrees in Accounting and Business Management along with certificates in Environmental Health & Safety, Analytics, and Demand Flow Technology.
