Maxine Lai has had a varied work experience, beginning with a Summer Intern role at Matilda International Hospital in 2012. In 2014 and 2015, they were a Summer Program Teacher Assistant at Hong Kong International School. During the same period, they were also a Research Assistant at Hong Kong University.
