Megan Richards

Manager, Customer Experience, CSM at Clinical Research IO

Megan Richards has been in the professional world since 2016. Megan began their career at Boston College as an Undergraduate Research Fellow for the Project on National Movements and Political Violence, and also held the role of Research Assistant for the same project. In 2018, they were an Essex County Child Abuse Project intern at the Essex County District Attorney. In 2019, they were a Critical Language Scholarship participant in an intensive Arabic language and cultural immersion program, and achieved an Official Oral Proficiency Interview score of Advanced Mid. In 2020, they joined CRIO as Manager of Customer Experience - CSM Team Lead, and then moved into the role of Customer Success Manager Team Lead and Customer Success Manager.

Megan Richards attended Boston College, where they obtained their B.A. in International Studies and Arabic Studies. Megan also completed a program through AMIDEAST Education Abroad.
