Richard Caroddo has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry.

Richard is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Clinical Trial Media, where they provide patient recruitment and retention services for clinical trials. Richard is responsible for strategic expertise, data analysis, and predictive modeling.

Previously, Richard worked at Medpace as the Director of Business Development from 2014 to 2019, and as a Senior Business Development Executive from 2010 to 2014. At Medpace, they played a crucial role in business development activities.

Before that, they served as the Senior Director of Business Development at Integrium from 2002 to 2010. Here, they continued their expertise in business development strategies.
