Jontraye Davis

Jontraye Davis has a diverse range of work experience. Jontraye is currently working as an Associate Medical Director at ClinicalMind, where they provide technical support to a biopharmaceutical company focused on researching and developing antiviral drugs for HIV. Jontraye oversees projects and identifies opportunities to strengthen the client's brand strategy. Prior to this, Jontraye worked as a Senior Patient Engagement Specialist at Syneos Health, where they ensured project deliverables met expectations and supported the development of strategies to increase participant diversity in clinical trials. Jontraye also has experience as an adjunct instructor at North Carolina Central University, where they developed and instructed a personal health course for freshmen students. Furthermore, Jontraye has worked at FHI 360 as a Community Program Associate, managing community engagement programs and patient recruitment for international clinical research networks. Jontraye also gained experience as a Technical Consultant at DSFederal, assisting with the implementation of a project focusing on youth living with HIV. Additionally, Jontraye has worked as a Public Health Educator at The Forsyth County Health Department, supervising an HIV/STD peer health education program. Jontraye implemented a male teen pregnancy prevention program at the Children's Home Society of North Carolina and gained research experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Winston-Salem State University.

Jontraye Davis obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master's of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Winston-Salem State University, from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications, including a Micro-credential in Promoting Engaged and Active Online Learning from ACUE (Association of College and University Educators) in 2020, and a Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro) Level 1 certification from APMG International in 2019.
