Kathy Adams

Kathy Adams is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving at Clinicas Del Camino Real Inc, Kathy previously held the same position at Clinica Sierra Vista and has a robust background at Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois, where responsibilities included leading talent strategy and organizational development. Before this, Kathy contributed as Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at Advocate Medical Group, focusing on culture shift and employee engagement strategies. Additionally, Kathy served as Senior Performance Consultant at Advocate Health Care, where the emphasis was on high-performance culture processes.
