Sonia Armbruster

Sonia Armbruster has extensive experience in the field of physical therapy. Sonia worked at Think Physical Therapy from 2001 to 2010, where they served as a Physical Therapist, coordinating the aquatic rehabilitation program and developing marketing materials for patient newsletters and outreach to physicians' offices. Sonia then joined Focus Physical Therapy from 2004 to 2006 as a Physical Therapist. After that, they worked at San Clemente Physical Therapy from 2018 to 2021, again as a Physical Therapist. In 2021, they became a Client Executive at Clinicient. Their current position is as a Customer Success Manager at WebPT, where they manage relationships and client retention for mid-market and enterprise accounts, conducts meetings with account leadership teams to review progress towards clinical and revenue goals, and maintains a KPI dashboard for each account to track RCM and clinical metrics.

Sonia Armbruster earned a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Chapman University, where they attended from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology at the University of Redlands, from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their academic achievements, Sonia has obtained several certifications including being a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in March 2023, a Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in September 2021, and a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in October 2020.
