Sylvia Pisconti

Sylvia Pisconti has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Sylvia began their career in 1994 as an HR Supervisor at Time Warner Cable, where they were responsible for preparing reports and supervising a team. From 2000 to 2006, they worked as an HR Generalist at RCN Telecom Services of New York, where they managed various HR functions and collaborated on strategy and policy development. Sylvia then worked as an HR Manager at Sidera Networks from 2006 to 2012, overseeing the HR department during a period of transition and acquisition. In 2013, they joined Clinilabs as an HR Manager, where they implemented upgrades to the time management system and ensured compliance with policies and procedures. Sylvia then moved on to work as the Director of Recruitment & Benefits at Queens Boulevard Extended Care in 2016, before returning to Clinilabs in 2017 as the Human Resources Director. Throughout their career, Sylvia has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, compensation, benefits, labor law compliance, training, and organizational development.

Sylvia Pisconti holds a BBA degree in Human Resources Management from Baruch College.
