Avik Pal

Avik Pal began their career in 2001 as a Performance Engineer at Euclid Inc. In 2003, they moved to FocusFrame as Senior Manager, Global Delivery. In 2011, they joined NTT Data Corporation as Senior Manager, QAT Practice. In 2010, they became a Founding Board Member at Ikure Techsoft Pvt. Ltd., and in 2013, they founded and became CEO of CliniOps, Inc. CliniOps provides an Enterprise Platform for the Life Science industry, enabling Hybrid and Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT), Real World Evidence (RWE), Patient Quality of Life (QoL), Patient Engagement, powered by Integrated Telemedicine, with a vision to make drug trials accessible, inclusive, faster, and efficient. iKure's academic partners include MIT, University of Michigan, Santa Clara Univ, McGill Univ, AIIMS etc.

Avik Pal has an extensive educational background. In 1994, they graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur with a BTech in Ocean Engineering & Naval Architecture. Avik then went on to pursue an MBA from the University of San Francisco School of Management, which they completed in 2001 with a focus in eCommerce & Operations Management. In 2014, they earned a Certificate of Achievement: Idea to IPO 2014 from the Entrepreneurship Center at UCSF. Most recently, they earned a Certificate of Achievement: Technology Commercialization & Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
