Alain Pouliquen has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, beginning as an apprentice at Au Vieux Couvent from 2005 to 2007 and Le Crocodile from 2007 to 2009. Alain progressed to the role of Chef de Rang at Les Hortensias from 2009 to 2011, followed by similar positions at L'Hostellerie des Chateaux from 2011 to 2015 and Lausanne Palace & Spa from 2013 to July 2016. Currently, Alain serves as Assistant Responsable Restaurant and Chef de Rang at Clinique de Genolier since September 2017. Alain holds a Baccalauréat in Restauration from CEFPPA Adrien-Zeller Illkirch-Graffenstaden, completed in 2009.
