Susan Surat

Susan Surat is a seasoned travel professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Travel Advisor and franchise owner at Cruise Planners Travel Agency since May 2017, Susan has also been an Event Scheduler for Clinique since August 2006, effectively managing a team of 30 Associate Consultants for the Special Event Team. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Manager at Galileo International from January 1989 to May 2005, where Susan supported corporate travel agencies and cruise lines, and Travel Agency Manager at Brian Kelly and Associates, responsible for launching a full-service travel agency. Earlier experience also includes serving as Assistant Manager Reservations at Hickory Travel Systems, contributing to the establishment of a 24-hour reservation center.
