Amaris J.

Amaris J. began their work experience in 2013 as a Take-Out Specialist at Chipotle Mexican Grill. In 2016, they moved on to Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. where they held various roles. As a Client Service Representative, they started in September 2016 and became a CSR Lead in October 2017. From January 2019 to April 2020, Amaris worked as a Training Specialist, assisting the Talent Development team with Service Center training and supporting broader training initiatives. Amaris then became a Training Specialist II from April 2020 to June 2021, where they developed content, programs, and curriculums for multiple areas of the business. Lastly, they served as a Learning and Development Manager from June 2021 to March 2022, responsible for managing training specialists, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer, and day-to-day operations. Currently, they are working as a Learning Architect in Client Training at Clinisys since March 2022.

Amaris J. received a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, from the years 2016 to 2020. They also obtained additional certifications, including a Coaching Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in November 2021, and an Instructional Design Certificate from ATD in May 2019.
