Thibault Jonckheere

Thibault Jonckheere's work experience includes a role as a Support Engineer at Clinisys starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Bioinformatician at the University of Skövde from April 2022 to June 2022, where they constructed an assembly and a candidate annotation of a de novo transcriptome for a freshwater mussel based on raw Illumina NovaSeq6000 reads.

Thibault also had a student job at Fiscaal Kantoor Decoutere & Partners from 2018 to 2022, where they handled invoicing, financial transactions, and general administration during the summer months. Thibault also worked as a Laboratory Technician CMGG at Ghent University from July 2021 to August 2021 as part of a dual learning project, and as a Laboratory Technician CMGG from September 2020 to June 2021, which included an internship.

Lastly, Thibault completed a Bachelor Thesis at Sciensano from February 2021 to June 2021, where they focused on detecting specific substances in raw milk.
