Tina Younger

Tina Younger has a strong background in healthcare information systems and laboratory technology. Tina currently works as a Senior Support Specialist at Clinisys, providing support for Anatomic Pathology applications and handling high priority incidents. Prior to that, Tina worked at Henry Ford Health System as a Senior System Analyst, where they designed and tested additions to the CoPath system and integrated hospitals onto the system. Tina also worked as a Medical Technologist at Henry Ford Health System, specializing in Coagulation. Earlier in their career, Tina was a Medical Technologist at Oakwood Annapolis Hospital, where they were responsible for writing policies and procedures, monitoring charts and personnel, and ordering supplies. Tina also has experience as a Systems Analyst at Henry Ford Hospital, where they designed and tested additions to the CoPath system and implemented SPOT cameras and Apollo PathPacs Digital Imaging software. Overall, Tina Younger has a diverse range of experience in healthcare IT and laboratory technology.

Tina Younger attended Madonna University from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist. In addition to their degree, Tina has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they became an Inspector Team Member from the College of American Pathologists (CAP). In 2021, Tina completed the Sunquest CoPathPlus Window Painting and Patient Reports certification from Sunquest Information Systems. Most recently, in June 2022, they obtained the Medical Technologist CM certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
