Zoe Averill MCIPD

Zoe Averill MCIPD has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Zoe started their career at Securicor Information Systems in 1998 as an HR Administrator and worked there until 2001. Zoe then joined Profund Solutions Limited as an HR Manager from 2001 to 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they worked at JLT Group as a Regional HR Consultant. In 2005, Zoe joined Cotswold Outdoor as an HR & Training Manager, where they stayed until 2013.

After leaving Cotswold Outdoor, Zoe joined Rotork as an HR Manager from 2013 to 2019. During their time at Rotork, they also held the positions of Regional HR Manager-UK from 2017 to 2019, and finally Head of HR from 2019 to 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at ORX Association and TwinHR. Zoe then became the Head of HR at Clinithink in 2020.

Most recently, in 2021, Zoe became a Trustee at Blue Ventures. With their extensive experience in HR roles, Zoe has developed a strong expertise in the field and has acquired valuable skills and knowledge throughout their career.

Zoe Averill MCIPD has a comprehensive education history that includes both a postgraduate diploma and a bachelor's degree. Zoe attended the University of the West of England from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Post Grad Diploma in Human Resources Management. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they attended the University of Wolverhampton and earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in French and Sports Studies.

In addition to their academic achievements, Zoe Averill MCIPD has also obtained a certification in mediation theory and practice. In September 2020, they completed the OCNLR Level 3 Certificate in Mediation Theory and Practice from ONC London.
