Marc Roebersen is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Clink Hostels since September 2023. Prior to this role, Marc held various leadership positions at Generator from February 2020 to September 2023, including Cluster General Manager for London, Paris, and Amsterdam, as well as General Manager in Amsterdam. Marc's extensive background also includes significant roles at Postillion Hotels from October 2012 to February 2020, where responsibilities included General Manager for multiple locations, and operations management. Early career experience includes positions at Ibis Amsterdam Airport and Novotel New York Times Square. Marc Roebersen holds a degree from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has studied at Hotelschool The Hague.

Clink Hostels
Clink Hostels manages a network of privately owned backpacker hostels (with a total of 1,702 beds) located in Europe's best-loved cities. We currently operate two hostels in London, three in Amsterdam and have two under construction in Dublin & Lisbon. Our hostels are set in unique buildings and are located in central city locations. Each hostel has an area devoted to our ClinkCREATIVE program and social spaces that encourage interaction between guests, staff and the local community. We believe in fostering the social aspect of travel, and aim for Clink Hostels to act as a forum for ideas, experiences and simply, making new friends.
