Felecia Martin

Felecia Martin is a seasoned professional in clinical recruitment with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Principal Clinical Recruiter at ClinLab Staffing since September 2025, Felecia previously held the position of Executive Director, Clinical Recruitment at Green Key Resources for ten years, where expertise in pharmaceutical recruitment was honed. Felecia began the professional journey as a Research Assistant at Purdue University, focusing on the gastrointestinal tract and aging. Felecia also gained educational experience as a Teaching Assistant and completed the first year of Doctor of Pharmacy courses at the University of Colorado Anschutz. Felecia earned a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavioral Neuroscience Psychology from Purdue University.
