Dr. Lafarah Frazier, DrPH, CHW, currently serves as the Director of the Wellness and Community Health (WACH) Institute at Clinton College, a role held since April 2022, focusing on eliminating racial health disparities through participatory evaluation and applied research. In addition to this leadership position, Dr. Frazier has been an Adjunct Professor at Salem College, Saint Joseph's University, and Colorado Technical University since early 2021, as well as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Bryant & Stratton College since 2015. Previous experience includes a managerial position at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare and supervisory roles at the 1199 National Benefit Fund. Dr. Frazier earned a PhD in Public Health from Capella University, an MBA in Health Care Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a BA in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University at Albany.
