Phil Hanses

Phil Hanses has over 38 years of experience in the field of drainage management within Clinton County. Since August 2005, Phil has served as Drain Commissioner, following a 20-year tenure as an Engineering Technician at the Clinton County Drain Commissioners Office. Phil holds an Associate's degree in Business from Lansing Community College, attained between 1981 and 1984.
