Clark Beard is the President of Beard Management Corp, a position held since July 1991. In addition to corporate leadership, Clark serves as a County Councilman for Clinton County, a role undertaken since January 2017. Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University, which was obtained between 1973 and 1977.
