Jeff Chapman is an accomplished fire service professional with extensive experience, currently serving as the Assistant Chief and Fire Marshal for the Clinton Fire Department since January 2020. As a Partner at FCS Emergency Consulting, Jeff provides various emergency service classes, including BLS and ACLS training. Previously, Jeff held multiple leadership roles within the City of Clinton Fire Department, including Battalion Chief and City Safety Director. With a background starting as a Firefighter/Paramedic and advancing through various ranks, Jeff has a strong foundation in fire suppression, rescue operations, and emergency medical services. Jeff's military experience as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy further enhances their expertise in emergency response and public safety. Educational credentials include an Emergency Medical Services degree from Clinton Community College and further studies from Western Governors University.
