Alyssa Trometter, PhD, is an experienced professional currently serving as Managing Director at the Clinton Foundation since September 2015, with a progressive career in external affairs and partnerships. Previous roles include Outreach & Selection Officer for the Schwarzman Scholars at the Institute of International Education, and a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Melbourne, where research involved oral history interviews with Black Power activists. Additional experience includes serving as Head of EducationUSA at the U.S. Department of State and an Admissions Counselor at the College of the Holy Cross. Alyssa holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Transnational, African American, Native American, and Australian Aboriginal studies from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's Degree in History and Native American Studies from the College of the Holy Cross.
