Mike Hemphill

Mike Hemphill currently serves as Director and Senior Director of Leadership Development at the Clinton Foundation and as Director for the Presidential Leadership Scholars program, roles held since July 2014. Prior to these positions, Mike was Provost and Dean of the College at Centenary College of Louisiana from July 2010 to June 2014, and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service from July 2006 to June 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing academic functions and faculty development. Additionally, Mike held the position of Professor of Communication at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock for 25 years, which included a tenure as Interim Dean of the College of Professional Studies. Mike earned a PhD and an MA in Communication from the University of Iowa and a BA in Speech Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
