Mike McFadden

Mike McFadden currently serves as the Assistant Director of Leadership Development and Collaborative Initiatives at Northeastern University, where oversight includes the LEAD360 programs and the development of a leadership curriculum based on the Circular Leadership framework. Previous experience includes roles as an Academic Advisor at Northeastern University, providing support to graduate engineering students, and as Academic Program Coordinator for the LEAD Scholars Academy at the University of Central Florida, where coordination of service-learning leadership programs occurred. Additional positions include Graduate Assistant for Leadership Development at Rollins College and various internships focusing on student affairs and program development. Mike McFadden holds a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from Northeastern University, a Master's degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics and Spanish from Ohio University.
