Simon Ellson

Simon Ellson is an experienced Project Manager and Director with a focus on HRIS and Payroll consultancy. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Clinton Rubin LLC since March 2024, Simon is leading the implementation of Dayforce across EMEA. Previously, Simon held various significant roles, including HRIS Implementation Project Manager at Vitacress, where Simon managed the Ceridian Dayforce implementation across UK sites. With a career spanning over a decade in project management, Simon has successfully led multiple HR and payroll system implementations across different organizations, demonstrating expertise in end-to-end delivery, stakeholder communication, and governance processes. Simon holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Bedfordshire and has extensive qualifications from earlier education, including GCSEs.
