Adam Stein has worked in the food industry since 2003. Adam began their career at Whole Foods Market as a Store Team Leader. In 2015, they became an Operations Consultant at Big Red House Soup Co., where they provided guidance and leadership to the owner to help scale the business and grow to more retail accounts. Adam also worked to create efficiencies in the production kitchen, streamline logistics, and help with marketing efforts. In 2016, they took on the role of Head Coach at sweetgreen. Finally, in 2018, they joined Clio Snacks, where they have held the roles of Vice President Operations, Assistant Plant Manager, Director of Operations, and Plant Manager.
Adam Stein attended Johnson & Wales University from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Management. Prior to this, they attended Suffolk County Community College from 1998 to 2002, obtaining an Associate's degree in Retail Management. Adam also holds a certification as a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor.
