Adam Difranco

Adam DiFranco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR systems and analytics. Currently serving as the Director of People Systems & Analytics at Clio since August 2021, Adam previously held significant roles at PointClickCare, including Sr. Manager of HR Digital Transformation and Manager of HR Systems and Analytics, where Adam established strategic roadmaps and led system implementations. Adam's expertise is further highlighted during a tenure at Moneris, where Adam developed HRIT strategies and digitized HR processes. Additional experience includes roles at RSA Canada and TD Auto Finance, focusing on HR analytics, talent management, and accounting. Adam DiFranco holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph.
