Claudia Gonzalez

Claudia Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Claudia began their career in 2011 as a Special Projects Assistant at York International, where they contributed to the development and implementation of new projects and managed a large database of contacts and partnerships. From 2011 to 2013, they also served as the Sponsorship Director in the Finance Division at AIESEC York, where they conducted research, coordinated fundraisers, and facilitated network building. In 2014, Claudia worked as a Recruiting Assistant at Investors Group, where they conducted candidate selection calls and assisted in the recruitment process. During the same period, they also worked as an IT Recruitment Specialist at Quantum Technology Recruiting, where they were responsible for full-life cycle recruiting and inputting information into the ATS. Claudia's most recent experience is with Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, where they have held various roles since 2016. Claudia started as an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist and progressed to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Lead Recruiter, Manager, and currently serves as a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition.

Claudia Gonzalez attended York University from 2010 to 2014. Claudia obtained an Honours Bachelor of Administrative Studies (BAS) with a specialization in Management. Additionally, they completed a Human Resources Management Certificate (HRMC) during their time at the university.
