Natalie Koay

Natalie Koay has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Natalie is currently working at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology as a Sr. Manager of Sales and Channel Operations and previously held the position of Manager of Sales Operations. Before Clio, Natalie worked at Opencare.com as a Sales Operations Manager and Account Executive. Prior to that, they were at PostBeyond Inc. as the Director of Inside Sales and also served as an Enterprise Account Development Representative. Natalie also co-managed the Co-GM position at Enterprise Sales. Their earlier roles include working as an Account Manager and Inside Sales Representative at Advanced Chemistry Development, Inc., Research Fellow at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering, and Research Assistant positions at the University of Waterloo and Harvard University. Natalie also had experience as an R&D Chemist at Xerox Research Centre of Canada and Merck. Throughout their career, Natalie has contributed to various projects and technologies, including developing an award-winning technology application that was commercialized by Validere Technologies.

Natalie Koay pursued their education from 2007 to 2012 at the University of Waterloo, where they obtained a BSc degree in Honours Science and Business with a specialization in Biochemistry. In December 2017, they also obtained the ABM Certification: Foundations from Demandbase.
