Talia Galati has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Talia began their career as a Data Entry Administrator at ACTIVE Network, where they conducted research and maintained the online sports calendar. Talia then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Business Environment, handling day-to-day tasks and managing client interactions. Talia then joined Lululemon Athletica as an Educator, providing authentic product education to customers and assisting with store operations. Talia later became a Key Leader at lululemon, where they developed team members, led learning and development initiatives, and supported regional training. Talia then transitioned to Microsoft as a Retail Learning Specialist, where they served as the subject matter expert, trained associates, and supported various store priorities. Most recently, Talia joined Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology as a Customer Onboarding Specialist, responsible for onboarding and supporting customers.

Talia Galati's education history includes attending Pinetree Secondary School from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a high school degree. Talia then went on to study General Studies at Douglas College from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Talia has also earned several certifications. In March 2015, they obtained the Landmark Forum certification from Landmark.
