Manager, Customer Onboarding at Clio

Tara Crothers has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tara began their career as a Publishing Assistant at Gordon Soules Book Publishers in 2009, where they managed online retail databases and handled customer relations and order processing.

In 2013, Tara joined Apple as a Genius Administrator, initially assisting in setting up a new retail store before transferring to the downtown Vancouver location. Tara was responsible for managing repair teams' productivity, repair processes, and leading customer interactions. Additionally, Tara had the opportunity to train a technical support team at a new Apple Store in Xiamen, China, and also contributed to app development as a User Acceptance Tester.

From 2017 to 2019, Tara worked at MetroQuest Software, where they held roles as Manager of Customer Success and Support and Customer Support Team Lead. Tara oversaw the entire customer journey, managed support resources and technicians, and focused on maintaining quick response times and positive customer experiences.

In 2019, Tara joined Eventbase as an Event Success Manager. In this role, they worked closely with clients to develop event apps and enhance the customer experience. Tara also redesigned the customer journey to scale processes and increase capacity.

Tara's most recent position is at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, where they started as a Customer Onboarding Team Lead in 2020 before transitioning to the role of Manager, Customer Onboarding in 2022.

Tara Crothers pursued their Bachelor of Science degree from 2009 to 2013 at The University of British Columbia. Tara focused their studies on Geographical Biogeoscience and also completed a minor in Biology during this time. After a break, Tara went on to attend the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2019. There, they studied Project Management, although the specific degree name is not provided.
