Diana García Arellano

Diana García Arellano began their work experience in 2008 at American Express as an Especialista en Calidad, where they worked until 2009. Diana then joined HSBC as an Asesor de Beneficios, and later became a Gerente de Compensaciones. In this role, they were responsible for the elaboration and planning of market surveys with various companies. Diana left HSBC in 2015. Most recently, Diana joined Clip in 2020 as a People Operations Manager, and later transitioned to the role of People Business Partner in September 2021.

Diana García Arellano pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2005, they enrolled at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied and completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from 2005 to 2009. Diana'sfocus during this degree was on general administration and business management. Later, from 2017 to 2019, Diana attended UTEL Universidad, where they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Administration of Personnel. Diana'sstudies at UTEL allowed their to delve deeper into the field of human resources and gain a broader understanding of its management.
