Charles Spitaletta has over 25 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Charles began their career in 1994 as a Chef at California Pizza Kitchen. In 1997, they became the Chef Owner of New York Pizza Factory. In 1998, they moved to Legal Sea Foods, where they worked as a Chef. From 2000 to 2017, they were the CEO and COO of Lola Products. Since 2017, they have been the Chief Executive Officer of Clip Strip Corp.
Charles Spitaletta attended Don Bosco Prep High School in Ramsey, NJ, from an unknown start year to an unknown end year.
