Shella Ross Mapendan

Shella Ross Mapendan has held a variety of roles since 2009. Shella Ross started their career at STARTEK Philippines as an Escalations/WLNP/Activations/Resolutions Desk/ABAY Coach/Floor Assistant/Project Administrator, where they were recognized as a top agent during FST and PST. Shella Ross then moved to EXL Services Ltd in 2011 as an Appointment Coordinator, followed by Tupperware Brands Philippines in 2013 as a Branch Operations Supervisor. In 2018, Shella joined ADP Philippines as a Senior Analyst. In 2020, they began working at RA Fiji as an Account Manager, followed by Exclusively Contents, Inc. as a Job Coordinator, aimINSIGHT Solutions, Inc. as a Client Manager, and Coast View Plumbing, Inc. as a Manager. Most recently, Shella joined Express Employment Professionals International Headquarters in 2021 as a Recruiting Specialist, and is currently a Collection Team Lead at Clipboard Health.

Shella Ross Mapendan has a B.S. in Computer Science / Comp. Tech from the Microcity Computer College Foundation, Inc, Balanga City from 2000 to 2003. Shella Ross also has a B.S. in Computer Science from the same institution. In addition, they have obtained certifications from the Highako Academy in Debt Collection Calling & Negotiation Training and Effective Collection Calls Listening Best Practices in July 2022. Shella Ross also has an EF SET English Certificate 69/100 (C1 Advanced) from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in September 2021.
