Kishon Grant

Kishon Grant is a Customer Success Manager at Clipcentric, Inc. since June 2019, where responsibilities include developing strategic plans to enhance customer revenue, retention, satisfaction, and loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle. Prior experience includes roles as a Sr. Client Service Specialist and Campaign Specialist at Unity House of Troy, where Kishon ensured daily care for children and maintained an interactive classroom environment. Kishon also attended AlbanyCanCode, completing courses in JavaScript Frameworks and Front-End Web Development, culminating in a capstone project for a nonprofit. Previous positions include Member Service Representative and Site Director at the Capital District YMCA, and Tax Information Aid at the NYS Department of Tax & Finance. Kishon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Utica University.
