Francis Gradisher Jr.

Francis Gradisher Jr. is an experienced sales and engineering professional currently serving as the Southeast Regional Sales Manager at Clippard Instrument Laboratory, Inc. since November 2020. Previously, Francis held various roles at Parker Hannifin, including Product Marketing Manager for Coolers & Kleenvents, where responsibility included driving sales growth across a 9-state region. Other roles at Parker Hannifin involved managing global Mobile OEM accounts, leading engineering initiatives in the hydraulics sector, and participating in a leadership development rotation program focused on valve design and manufacturing. Francis began their career as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Cleveland Thermal LLC while completing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron.
