Robin Rutschilling

Robin Rutschilling has over 35 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Clippard Instrument Laboratory, Inc. since November 1988, Robin oversees daily production operations involving an 80-member team and drives investigations into new and existing technologies. Previous roles at Clippard include Manufacturing Operations Manager and CNC Supervisor, where responsibilities included maintaining production, managing equipment and personnel, and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices. Earlier experience as a Setup Machinist at Crown Forklifts involved setting up CNC mills and manual equipment, contributing to a strong technical foundation in the manufacturing sector.
