Clipper Defense helps companies get listed, noticed, and funded through the DoD Tradewinds Marketplace. More than 94 percent of our clients achieve awardable status on their first submission.

We work with startups, growth-stage firms, and established primes to break through acquisition barriers and connect directly with DoD buyers. Tradewinds is not a pilot program. It is where the Department of Defense is already buying commercial tech at the speed of business.

Our team brings deep experience across military service, commercial AI, and defense capture. We know the mission and we know the market. We help our clients move fast, show up ready, and get in front of the people who make buying decisions.

If you are building something the mission needs, we will help you get listed quickly and compete with confidence.
