Laura Peluffo has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Financial and Administrative Advisor at Fundacion Proyeccion Humana Colombia. Laura provided professional advisory and support for financial administrative activities, conducted business diagnosis, and analyzed new projects until March 2011.

From 2012 to 2014, Laura worked as a Project Coordinator at Pearson, where they coordinated and monitored sales projects for the Andean Region General Management team. Laura also consolidated and analyzed monthly sales reports and annual budgets.

In 2014, Laura joined Premium Care Plastic Surgery as an Administrative Coordinator and later became a Client Care Coordinator. Laura was responsible for leading the international clients' sales process and customer service team, supporting the growth strategy, and defining and structuring the administrative and sales processes.

In 2021, Laura joined Hollywood.com, LLC as the Head of Customer Engagement. Laura was responsible for creating and maintaining important relationships with existing and potential customers. Laura planned and executed customer journeys, identified pain points, and strengths to improve the customer experience and brand loyalty. Additionally, Laura created and monitored email marketing campaigns aligned with every stage of the customer journey, measured their results, and optimized campaigns until April 2022.

Currently, Laura is working as a Customer Experience Manager at CLIQ Products, Inc., starting in November 2022.
