Carlos Calagua

Carlos Calagua is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food service and retail merchandising. Currently serving as a Line Cook at Clique Hospitality since April 2016 and as a Sous Chef at Art of Cooking LLC since March 2016, Carlos specializes in high-end gourmet catering for private and corporate clients, as well as inflight catering. Prior roles include Merchandiser for TNG and SAS Retail Services, providing expertise in retail magazine merchandising and product display management. Carlos holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institutes, completed in 2016, and a High School Diploma from CEP Santa Ángela.
