Carlos Calagua is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food service and retail merchandising. Currently serving as a Line Cook at Clique Hospitality since April 2016 and as a Sous Chef at Art of Cooking LLC since March 2016, Carlos specializes in high-end gourmet catering for private and corporate clients, as well as inflight catering.
