David O'Hare

David O'Hare has held various roles in the energy, IT, and finance industries since 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as an Administrator (Summer Placements) at Halifax and an Administrative Assistant/Photographer at the University of Glasgow. In 2008, they worked as a Rail Policy Officer at Transport Scotland. From 2010 to 2014, they were an Assistant Language Teacher (English) at the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Business Development Manager and Development Manager at SgurrEnergy. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Key Account Executive at Smarter Grid Solutions. Finally, from 2018 to 2019, they were a Sales Consultant at Exception and a Director at Clir Renewables, responsible for growing the business within Europe, leading on delivery of new client acquisition and existing client satisfaction and expansion.

David O'Hare has a BEng (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, which they obtained between 2003 and 2007. David then went on to receive an MSc (Merit) in China in the International Arena from the same university between 2007 and 2008. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including an AWS Technical Professional (Digital) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2019, a ServiceNow Sales Partner Platform Specialisation from ServiceNow in October 2018, a ServiceNow Sales Partner Core Certification from ServiceNow in September 2018, a ServiceNow Sales Partner ITSM Specialisation from ServiceNow in September 2018, a DevOps Foundations from LinkedIn in August 2018, an AWS Business Professional (Digital) from Amazon Web Services in July 2018, and a Docker Sales Professional from Docker, Inc. in July 2018.
